Cancellation & Suspension

We understand that sometimes swimmers need to take a break from training, or circumstances change and you need to cancel your Flyers Swim Team membership. To help our amazing volunteer team process your request smoothly, we require 30 days notice before your intended date of suspension or cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation or Suspension

1. Provide 30 Days’ Notice:
   This allows our volunteers enough time to update records and process your request before the next billing cycle.

2. Complete the Online Form:
   Please fill out the official request form here: Cancellation/Suspension Request Form

3. Await Confirmation:
   Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive confirmation from the club when your suspension or cancellation has been processed, please allow on average seven (7) days to receive a confirmation/response to the form submission.

4. Hold, Suspend or Cancel your facility membership (optional):

   Sometimes people forget that there are two memberships associated with swimming, there is also the facility (PARC/YAWA) membership. You may continue your membership with the facility if you wish, however if you intend to hold/suspend or cancel/terminate your membership with the facility you will need to contact them directly, or; follow the facilities online portal process.

Important Information

• Billing:
  Fees will continue to be charged until your request is processed, so please submit your form as early as possible.

• Medical or Special Circumstances:
  If your suspension is due to medical reasons, please attach supporting documentation if required.
