TAKING A BREAK

Once a Flyer, always a Flyer! Whether you’re taking a break or moving on, you’ll always be part of our swim family. We’ll keep a lane open for you—see you back at the pool soon!

We understand that sometimes swimmers need to take a break from training, or circumstances change and you need to cancel your Flyers Swim Team membership. To help our volunteer team process your request smoothly, we kindly ask for at least 30 days’ notice before your intended suspension or cancellation date.

How to Request a Cancellation or Suspension

  1. Provide 30 Days’ Notice:
    This allows our volunteers enough time to update records and process your request before the next billing cycle.

  2. Complete the Online Form:

  3. Wait for Confirmation:
    Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive confirmation from the club when your suspension or cancellation has been processed.

Important Information

  • Billing:
    Fees will continue to be charged until your request is processed, so please submit your form as early as possible.

  • Medical or Special Circumstances:
    If your suspension is due to medical reasons, please attach supporting documentation if required.
